The Lakeside Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 14-1 loss to Chamblee on Monday. Chamblee scored on a double by Senior Margaret Axelson and a groundout by Shea Parker in the first inning. Axelson was in the circle for Chamblee only allowing 3 hits and one run while striking out seven with no walks.

Lakeside Vikings lost the lead late in a 6-3 defeat to Decatur called due to weather. Lakeside got things started in the first inning, when Senior Emmaline Crittenden homered on a 3-0 count, scoring two runs.
Decatur pulled away for good with three runs in the fourth inning. Q. Prichard was credited with the win. Molly McHoul took the loss with six runs over five innings and striking out one. Freshmen Ellie Lenz hits a long ball on a 2-2 count to score the first run for the Vikings. Senior Mattie Jenkins walks in 7 pitches and Freshman Willow Deery hits a 2-run homer to right field, but the hot bats of the Wildcats ended up giving pitcher, M. Lucius, the win. Freshman LHS pitcher, Molly McHoul took the loss but threw 49 strikes in 84 pitches with 1 strikeout.
